It is with a great deal of joy, excitement and anticipation that Lois and I welcome you to this year's conference. As you know, this year is the first year we are bringing together our three major training events into one conference season. Whether you are coming for the Kingdom Agenda Conference, The First Lady Conference, or the National Church Adopt-a-School Initiative Training, you are in store for a very special time of ministry.

Our theme this year is "Returning to the Cross." It is our conviction that if believers and churches truly understood the contemporary relevance of the Cross, we would be enjoying more peace, power and victory, than many today are experiencing. It is astounding to see how much the New Testament refers to the importance the Cross holds for victorious Christian living.

It is our prayer that God will use our time together to encourage, inspire, inform and equip you to be a sharper tool for Him to use in His service. We also, are trusting the Lord to address any personal needs, hurts and struggles you may be experiencing in your own life. It would be tragic for our time together to be effective for your ministry to others, if we miss ministering to your needs as well.

As you will see, this year’s conference has something for everyone. I encourage you to explore this site and discover how these three events will benefit you, your church, and your community.
